Annotation

The article raises some questions of development giftedness and research skills of students of educational organizations in the context of network cooperation. Importance of researches into the development of endowments can be explained by the fact that the value kernel of a personality, his/her self-development, self-determination and creative development are formed at school age. The author gives outline to the main approaches to the concept of giftedness in the light of development of new technologies in school educational process, model of development of endowments through network cooperation.
