PECULIARITIES OF PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY OF A MANAGER OF PUBLIC AND MUNICIPAL BOARDS
Annotation
The article is devoted to substantial characteristic features of professional activity of a manager who works for public and municipal boards. The author makes theoretical analysis of the profession of a manager of public and municipal institutions which enables him to single out certain types of activity designated according to one’s appointment and place in the management system: organizational and managerial, communicative, informational and analytical, performing, project-related ones. According to the author, types of professional activity of the manager of the public and municipal boards overlap and each activity type includes structural elements of regulation of management process and decision making.Key words
