Annotation

This article focuses on the fact that for the last 10 years higher professional education in Russia is developing in the innovative environment. The most important component of modernization of the system of higher professional education is innovative scientific-research work of the university and college staff. Their participation in this kind of work improves their teaching performance, promotes their development as scientists and reinforces their creative potential and selfrealization. The psychological analysis being the main requirement of personal development in innovative professional activities also considers autopsychological abilities.
