Annotation

The issues of the development of professional autonomy of the foreign languages teachers, particularly such aspect of professional autonomy as pedagogical consulting. That is why the article describes some ideas of the author concerning improvement of professional skill. The aim of this phase is a professional autonomous teacher of foreign languages. The article deals with the foreign concept of learner (student) autonomy and the concept of learning in the native psychology and pedagogics.
