TUTORSHIP IN INSTITUTIONS OF SUPPLEMENTARY EDUCATION AS AN INNOVATIVE EDUCATIONAL MODEL

Annotation

Tutorship is regarded as a pedagogical art based on the values of development in the context of socio-cultural reforms. The author proves the idea of tutorship very well fits the concept and activities of supplementary education institutions, though it has its peculiarities when developing an individual educational programme for a child. The article identifies the tutor’s functions in the system of children’s supplementary education and presents a number of active forms of education stimulating children’s curiosity and desire to search for and find solutions to educational tasks under the tutor’s guidance.
