Annotation

Bilingualism in multicultural educational sphere is becoming a characteristic feature and claims modern preparation of modern primary school teacher. Unfortunately teachers’ preparation is held only in traditional form and doesn’t correspond to the model of social society. A new strategy became an important necessity, a strategy of new lingual education of a modern primary school teacher.
