Annotation

The author defines the main problems and relevance of developing spiritual and moral culture of students. The main directions of such activity include: formation and development of system of spiritual and moral knowledge and values, realization of the knowledge connected with norms of moral and professional ethics in education, production and public work, formation of reproductive consciousness and family values as bases for revival of national moral values, formation of qualities of socially active personality who has skills of self-presentation, ability to have arguments, decision-making skills, organizational skills for socially and personally significant affairs. Pedagogical conditions which are necessary for spirituality development in the course of teaching and academic activity are stated: knowledge of student’s personal «self», one’s individual characteristic features; development of personal potential; sympathy and mutual understanding in interpersonal interaction; attraction
